Registration Information for the Spring 2007 Quilting Adventures Quilt Seminars

Registration
Our 2009 quilt seminar registration form is now available. Please read on for seminar information and directions for completing the registration form. Classes will be confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and will be processed in the order in which these deposits are received by Quilting Adventures.

Registration Payments
Opens - March 15, 2008
The seminar fee is $1250 for double occupancy. $285 is added to the fee for single occupancy.
Registration fee for a non-participating spouse is $900.
Each registration, including the non-participating spouse, requires a $200 deposit.
Balance in full is due no later than December 1, 2008.
Full payment of $1250 must accompany any registration received after December 1, 2008.

Accepted forms of payment
We will accept the following forms of payment: Check, Money Order, Visa, and MasterCard. Your signature below authorizes Quilting Adventures to charge both your deposit and final payment when due. For security reasons we are not accepting credit card information online. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

How to Register
We encourage you to fill out the form online, print it and mail it with your check, money order or credit card information - or fax it with your credit card information. Registration confirmation will occur in the order in which deposits are received.

If you have a friend who does not have Internet access, print the blank registration form and pass it along.

Cancellation Policy
All cancelled reservations will have the following charges:

Before October 1 - $50
	October 2 - December 1 - $ 200
		After December 1 - No Refund

Your reservation can be transferred to another person at any time. If you are unable to attend and transfer your registration to a friend, please notify Quilting Adventures, LLC as soon as possible.

Contact your travel agent or www.csatravelprotection.com if you wish to purchase cancellation insurance.

Sewing Machines
Arrangements for UPS shipping and return shipping of your own sewing machine can be made with our fabric vendor, Creations of Kerrville. They will also have a limited number of new Brother machines for rental appropriate for your specific class. The rental charge is $85. Payment of shipping and rental charges will be handled directly with Creations.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
